Designs will be judged on originality and creativity. All finalist's entries will be displayed at the theatre and on Facebook where the pulic will vote for a winner. Finalists will receive 2 free movie passes. The person with the winning design will receive 4 free movie passes and have their tattoo made into 200 temporary tattoos.
